This one is the latest Classik K (KNEKT multi-room enabled version). Serial# 672789. The famous Linn Classik K CD player, tuner, preamp, amplifier all-in-one unit. It is the first successful and great sounding audiophile CD player and receiver all-in-one unit that started it all. Since then many other manufacturers have come out with their own all in one music player. But really, none matches the incredible price to performance ratio of the Linn Classik CD with advanced switching power supply and Linn's fanatic shortest signal design for the most satisfying sonic purity and musicality with robust 75W x2 channels, enough to anchor any small to medium size system that it is designed to be used in.

The Linn Classik K is really great...... if it works. This one doesn't. This one powers up very slowly. Most of the time it will not power up completely, very occasionally it will. We were told by Linn USA that this is most likely due to aged storage capacitors - there are 4 of them, and if the 4 storage capacitors are replaced it will work fine. We do not have the energy or the time to do this. Therefore, This item is being sold strictly as is, with no guarantee on anything except that it will arrive quickly and expertly packed. Please do not bid if you cannot agree to this term. If you are picky or difficult buyer, do not bid. This may or may not be an easy fix. Go ahead and assume that it is completely useless and bid accordingly.

This Classik K was previously used as a dealer demo in NYC, never been sold to an end user. It has a few very minor marks on the top cover, very good condition overall. It will come with the original box, copy of manual and power cord only. We do not have the original remote controller - it is not included.
